Product Managers must be able to understand the business behind the products and work to ensure that the product serves to help the client accomplish their goals. They define and measure the success of the product throughout its entire lifecycle.

● Understand the problem, business drivers, and user needs for the product and work to define a solution set. This becomes your product vision, which you will need to be able to communicate to your stakeholders and team and shepherd through to its completion.

● Work with UX, design, and development teams to define, document, and prioritize product features and user stories.

● Create a strategy for measuring the success of the product throughout its lifespan and report on product performance against client KPIs at regular intervals.

● Support and validate development activities to ensure the product is developed as designed and meets our standards for exceptional user experience.

● Demonstrate new product features and communicate their value.

● Create product documentation and training material to be consumed by clients with varying levels of familiarity with the product or its underlying technology.

● Assess the impact of potential feature releases and maintain a prioritized product backlog and roadmap.

● At least 5 years experience working on digital products

● Ability to work cross-functionally with other groups such as UX, design, and development

● Problem-solver with good analytical skills

● Excellent presentation & communication skills

● Strategic planner who can also perform tactical activities

● Ability to quickly assess a situation, make a decision, and communicate the decision
