Salary/Hourly Rate – 50k to 70k range.

They allocate project budget to different activities, work with the team to help them understand the client’s goals and to help them brainstorm and develop project approaches to meet the goals. Project Managers are responsible for ensuring that the day to day work of the project is well organized, managed, and reported on to the rest of the company. Project Managers also help ensure that process is adhered to and understood by all members of the project team. Project Managers are responsible for two key metrics at, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, and on budget. 

●        Responsible for the planning, execution, tracking, and quality of assigned software development projects, typically in the $200,000-600,000 revenue range, as well as the management of ongoing Managed Services work for clients.

●        Responsible for helping coordinate the execution of short term consultations & strategic services work for clients, to include ensuring proper focus from subject matter experts working on the project.

●        Responsibilities include managing deliverables, schedules, budgets, staffing, risks, action items, and working software throughout the entire software development lifecycle. ●        Manage teams focused on the delivery of client solutions. ●        Administer methodology, processes, tools, and artifacts to support an iterative software development lifecycle.

●        Effective rate on assigned projects.

●        Accuracy of projected project completion dates.

●        Client satisfaction with delivered projects.


●        Ensure customer satisfaction of solutions by managing client expectations with regards to schedule, scope, quality, and budget.

●        Provide day-to-day management and status activities between project team and client.

●        Develop, track, and update project schedules and budgets for clients and internal stakeholders.

●        Monitor project status and risks; manage tasks, scope, and deliverables using company tools and methodology.

●        Work with Account Director to determine and communicate client’s objectives to the project team.

●        Facilitate communication within the development team about risks, issues, and approaches.

●        Manage the development of requirements, information architecture, content delivery plans, and day-to-day contact with clients, partners and vendors.

●        Provide project status reports to management team and clients describing the state of the project.

●        Ensure environment, materials, and resources are in place for the success of the project.

●        Assign and monitor project staff, providing task prioritization and direction when necessary.
