Salary – 120k to 150k – plus 2 X OTE

You will work side by side with the VP of Global sales and have a diverse skillset developed through 5-10+ years’ experience running enterprise SaaS sales with a focus on financial services/ Insurance.
You are organized, self-motivated and a hungry “doer” that works best under pressure.
You can regularly manage multiple priorities and deadlines to help the sales function “tick” and assist the senior management with making things happen. You can provide accurate information in timely fashion to assist the business meet financial and non-financial objectives.
You have excellent communication, presentation and relationship skills and can manage multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
You enjoy being “in the detail” but also can think strategically and see the big picture and always looking for ways to improve.
You have tertiary qualifications (or demonstrated experience) in sales or business. You are passionate or interested in innovation, AI / ML, startups, technology or the continuous pursuit of new ideas and improvement.
You are always looking for new ways of doing things and helping businesses improve.
5-10+ years’ SaaS sales hunting experience selling a sophisticated enterprise application
Experience and contacts within FinServ/ Insurance verticals within the US
Proven experience consistently meeting or exceeding financial targets
High proficiency in relationship selling to C-suite and senior executives
Passionate about the application of AI / ML in solving business problems
Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering or Computer Science preferred)
