Our SAP Business Analysts play an important role in supporting our Global ERP system, and have the opportunity to participate in various projects that improve our business processes and the overall performance of our business.

Acts as a SAP PP module expert as part of an integrated business solution Analyzes and resolves issues within the existing global template solution Analyzes improvement requests and develops solutions using technical configuration and Supply Chain business process expertise Configures and documents changes to resolve production problems Creates functional specifications as a liaison between business requirements and SAP Development team Responsible for the testing and quality of the developed business solution Develops and conducts super user training

Qualifications: Qualified candidates will meet the following criteria. Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, equivalent experience will be considered Minimum of 5 years hands-on expertise and system configuration of SAP Broad cross-functional process experience integrating PP functionality with other SAP modules Knowledge of the following related SAP areas is a plus: Forcasting, SCN / APO, MTO and MTS planning strategies, and Variant Configuration Experience with a global, multi-plant, multi-company supply chain processes Business / Manufacturing experience with discrete industries desired Previous support experience and good understanding of change control processes

Strong problem solving skills, customer focus and ability to think globally across key process areas A high level of initiative and motivation to learn new skills, and bring new ideas to the organization English on a negotiation level Moderate travel required
