SOA architect that is capable of hitting the ground running. Individual will be working with architects, end users, systems engineers, and business analysts in developing SOA architectures, working with SOA developers in developing macro designs.

Must have experience architecting SOA solutions, web services, component development, JAVA/J2EE development, macro design, team leadership, at least one database, and an at least one architecture development environment (such as Rational Software Architect).

Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, be able to think clearly, develop presentations for conveying ideas, and be capable of working independently. Individuals who have demonstrated thought leadership in SOA and/or other areas are highly desired.
