- Prepare weekly, bi-weekly and monthly billing
- Scan deposits for checks received in the mail
- Make collection calls to collect on past due invoices.
- Prepare and enter journal entries as part of the monthly close process as well as post Aloha sales data for various locations
- Reconcile various general ledger balance sheet accounts
- Prepare and file monthly sales tax returns
- Process credit card payments
- Post ACH A/P payments and other deductions from cash.
- Other office functions as required.
