Job Description

  • Prepare weekly, bi-weekly and monthly billing 
  • Scan deposits for checks received in the mail
  • Make collection calls to collect on past due invoices.
  • Prepare and enter journal entries as part of the monthly close process as well as post Aloha sales data for various locations
  • Reconcile various general ledger balance sheet accounts
  • Prepare and file monthly sales tax returns
  • Process credit card payments
  • Post ACH A/P payments and other deductions from cash.
  • Other office functions as required.
