Job Description

  • Preparing and posting customer invoices and processing payables
  • Preparing and posting journal entries
  • Performing of month-end GL closing
  • Preparing financial statements
  • Corresponding with other departments to ensure proper accounting for purchases and expenses
  • Preparing and analyzing account reconciliations
  • Analyzing total expenses, including comparisons to forecasted results and trended results
  • Assists Chief Financial Officer in preparing Annual Budget & quarterly outlooks by department
  • Preparation of other reports provided to management
  • Assists with year-end audits
  • Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting; CPA Preferred
