Job Description

  • Serve as the point person for all financial matters for their region
  • Identify initiatives to improve processes and financial results
  • Manage the month-end close process for their region by:
    • Ensuring that close deadlines are met (including at the property)
    • Preparing accrual, recurring and non-recurring journal entries
    • Running related month-end close reports for the properties
  • Work closely with various teams in the company (finance, treasury, accounts payable, etc.) to ensure compliance
  • Assist with preparing and reviewing internal and external audit requests
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • CPA or CPA Candidate is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience
