- Organizing and filing electronic files.
- Processing all incoming correspondence.
- Answering and routing incoming phone calls.
- Assisting with Billing and Accounts Payable as needed.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks.
Ideal candidates possess:
- Thoroughness and attention to detail and accuracy. Must be highly organized and able to handle multiple projects at once.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and Adobe Acrobat. Must be comfortable working in a cloud-based environment.
