AP invoice reconciliation and entry
Auditing of invoices. Example; such things as freight rates charged, fees levied, basic on top of it auditing
Check runs and electronic payments
Maintain vendor files, invoices, insurance certificates etc., this includes scanning
AR cash receivables
AR aged reconciliation and customer collection communications
Maintain customer files for W9’s and other contract items
Sales commissions
AR credits to customers
AP and AR to GL Trial balance reconciliation
CT personal property tax filing and maintaining of asset spreadsheet
GL expense account audits
This is a full time, in office position
And as we are a small office, we all answer the phones here.
I think at least an associate’s degree in accounting
A self-motivated, detail oriented, person who can think for themselves as to digging into things and follow up
$30-45/hr depending on experience. Should be at least 5 years.
