Job Description
  • Develop and maintain corporate business continuity plans
  • Coordinate and document incident response in business continuity and disaster recovery events
  • Assist in response, communication, and documentation for IT outages impacting the business
  • Coordinate, conduct, and document tests of company plans and back-up systems
  • Identify threats to business operations and present relevant information to management
  • Provide assistance to bank personnel during incidents
  • Design and implement risk assessments
  • Coordinate periodic updates to company risk assessments
  • Gather documentation for external technology-related audits and exam requests
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned
