Job Description


Customer Service Coordinator.

It’s a 40hr/Week, in-office, position.

The pay range is $25-40/hr, depending on experience.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following

-Handles customer service calls, emails

-Creates and maintains customer files

- Sales Order entry and invoicing,

-Coordinating with Sales people and the follow up of leads

-Issuing RMA’s for returns

-Compiling sales reports for inside team and outside sales

-Use of ACT database on a daily basis

-Assist in marketing efforts

*5 years+ customer service experience, dealing with business to business and trade customers.

*Preferred candidate has real experience with ACT (or other CRM software, Salesforce etc.) and SAGE, Excel, Word, and any graphic programs),

I need someone who has been working with ACT or another CRM program daily, not “has worked with it”.

*Has worked with commissioned based outside sales people.
