Designer, Communications Design

The ideal candidate is collaborative and inquisitive with a visual communications background, and an interest in designing across a range of use cases. They should be excited by the opportunities and challenges of becoming a part of a new team in a rapidly growing company.

Job Description

The Designer will be responsible for:

  • Creating branded communications collateral for product marketing, using brand guidelines, including: tech and help docs, presentations, training material, App Store imagery, collateral templates, and more
  • Creating visual assets for use in our products
  • Creating themed/branded in-product communication experiences
  • Supporting and executing communication initiatives in partnership with other teams like sales enablement, solutions marketing, customer success, pre-sales, and marketing communications
  • Working collaboratively with the product design team to ensure consistency and clear representation of their work
  • Design support for internal and external corporate events (virtual and physical).
  • Supporting updating/maintaining brand guidelines as necessary
  • Building and maintaining a library of assets


Prefer New York Metro Area, currently fully remote but partial remote (2-3 days in office) likely becoming an option in late 2021. This position will report to the Lead, Communications Design.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 2-4 years prior experience working in a marketing or communications design role
  • Experience working within brand guidelines
  • Thorough knowledge of Adobe CC and other design software
  • Well-versed in presentation software such as Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Keynote
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Capable of working well collaboratively as well as independently
  • Capable of simultaneously working on multiple projects with different deadlines
  • Knowledge of standard industry software like Microsoft Office and Google Drive
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Systems thinker: You see beyond the project/task in front of you to the bigger picture, you can recognize patterns to inform the creation of more efficient workflows
  • Experience with Figma preferred
  • Familiarity or experience working with enterprise software is a plus
  • Digital portfolio required
