Job Description
  • Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives.
  • Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project.
  • Organize and facilitating team meetings to encourage positive dialogue, cross team collaboration, and timely decision-making
  • Manage project scope and change requests.
  • Establishing practices, templates and tools to enable the team to work efficiently.
  • Procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes.
  • Act as an internal quality control check for the project.
  • Support formal/informal schedules to manage the engagement contract.
  • Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables.
  • Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project and program team, analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas.
  • Define success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project and program life cycle.

  • Extensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods and techniques, specifically with experience in digital projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrable experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment
  • Can provide multiple work examples of playing a leading project management role in full product lifecycle
  • Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas in order to achieve a common business goals
  • Interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate and enhance performance within a cross - functional environment
  • Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions and identifying priorities
  • Proficient in MS office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and project management and content management tools (Asana, Confluence, etc.)
  • Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
  • Excellent English language skills.
