Job Description


  1. Experience in client facing role managing highly complex programs
  2. Experience in life insurance domain
  3. Should have managed multi-million dollar programs with 100+ team members and multiple sub-projects
  4. Delivering with near-shore and off-shore teams
  5. Prior experience in managing Life Insurance Policy Administration System (PAS) conversion
  6. PMP Certification
  7. Your responsibilities would include

a. Overall planning, execution, and completion of a business transformation program that involves converting Life/Annuity policies from multiple Policy Administration Systems (PAS) to one target system and transitioning policy servicing

b. Manage projects, working closely with SMEs/Architects, Project Managers and stake holders to ensure successful delivery

c. Define and track Key Performance Indicators and actively manage Cost, Schedule and Scope

d. Define and manage strategies to improve economies of scale and quality

e. Define and publish program-level dashboard to executive leadership

f. Effectively manage program risks

g. Proactively manage inter-project dependencies

h. Effectively escalate when clients fall short of their commitments

i. Assess stakeholder satisfaction and take corrective action as required
