Call Center Supervisor - Full Time Permanent position

100 Million Dollar Company looking to Hire Experience Call Center Sales Supervisor to lead team of Inside Sales people who call upon “warm customers” (Customers who have done business with company before, etc)

These Inside Sales people call current clients to follow up and to expand service lines. Need Call Center Supervisor to build upon team and grow.

Company has really good problem – they have more customers every day and need solid Supervisor to help with growth.

  • Manage day to day operations of the call center team to ensure they meet and exceed established goals. Partner with various department managers to ensure sales are properly load leveled by location
  • Manage daily “sales to call” and ensuring they are completed on a daily basis
  • Lead team meetings and educate staff on processes, procedures, and department goals
  • Prepare reports, collect and analyze data to improve the process and results
  • Reports to President of Company
  • Direct management experience of an inside sales team or call center is required.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Excellent Sales Skills
  • Ability to multi task and remain calm under pressure
  • Exceptional customer service, accountability, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills
  • 5 years of experience in a relevant field. Attention to detail Tech-savvy
  • Polite, professional phone voice
