  • Bachelor's of Science degree (B. S.) from four-year college or university
  • 3 years’ experience solving complex mechanical/electrical systems problems in a maintenance / manufacturing environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Establishes processes, standards, policies and procedures for installation, modification, quality control, testing, inspection
  • Implements world class continuous improvement processes, such as lean, autonomous maintenance, cellular manufacturing, statistical techniques, pull production, ISO and 5S.
