Job Description
  • 2 Years Works Experience in System Administration or IT Help Desk Related Support
  • Knowledge of: Desktop / Laptop / Server Hardware / Operating System Support
  • Knowledge of: System Administration in Microsoft Systems: SQL / Exchange / Active Directory
  • Preferred Knowledge of: Virtualization Support: VMware / ESXi / Horizon View
  • Knowledge of: Backup / Recovery Procedures / System Performance Monitoring Tools
  • Ability to: Plan / Organize / Document Complex System Design Activities
  • Ability to: Communicate Technical / Complex Information Verbally and in Writing
  • Ability to: Perform Multiple Tasks Concurrently / Respond to Emergency Situations Effectively
  • Maintain Computer Hardware Lease Schedules / Changed out Hardware when Needed
  • Ensures High Availability and Acceptable Levels of Performance of Mission Critical Host Computer Resources: SQL, Exchange, VoIP Phones, Virtual Hosts & Machines, ETC.
  • Develop Procedures to Maintain Security, Protect Systems from Unauthorized use
  • Develop / Coordinate Project Directions / Schedules to Maximize Benefits
  • Develop Procedures / Training for End Users and IT Staff
