Job Description

  
  • Plan and schedule appointments
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Daily and weekly reporting
  • Develop organized filing systems-preferably cloud-based
  • Perform all other normal office management duties to keep systems in check

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office management, AP/AR and bookkeeping or other similar fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Quickbooks and Excel experience
