Job Description
  • Meet or exceed budgeted revenue, gross profits and expense goals
  • 4-7 Direct Reports
  • Have a rolling 3-Month Market Development Plan, outlining group activities
  • Recruiting and Termination
  • Inspect and manage Dynamics sales rep activities and sales reports
  • Inspect and manage sales rep appointments (Outlook)
  • Respond appropriately to all salesperson activity and/or results deviations
  • Maintain documentation on all salespeople to include behavior and results
  • Participate in the comprehensive new hire training
  • Field train and coach salespeople in the Sales Process and Methodology
  • Provide each salesperson time for detailed pre and post call coaching
  • Treat all salespeople fairly and without favoritism or bias
  • Ensure that the working environment is positive and uplifting
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Display personal concern for employees’ feelings and needs

  • Apply a consistent self-improvement process in your plan (read, audio, etc,)
  • Making decisions, ensure both current and future state are weighed.
  • Accept responsibility for group behaviors and results
