Technical Support Specialist

Qualifications

3-10 yrs experience preferably helpdesk
Client-facing communication and production experience is a huge plus


Nice to Have
Supporting resources for end user tickets in a remote environment
Existing Microsoft Servers (both physical and virtual)
Implementing, configuring, supporting client technologies
Maintaining records of daily communication transactions, problems, and resolutions
Determining installation applications and systems

CompTIA

CCNA

Network +
Microsoft Certified (ie 70-620, 70-640)
