Job Description

  • Knowledge and experience with revenue management systems; including reporting, data management, KPI's, goal setting, etc.
  • Experience building a sales budget including; including revenue, KPI's, deductions
  • Experience in building, implementing and supporting internal marketing teams
  • Understanding of the retail trade, and experience calling on retail customers, with an understanding of how retailers operate, requirements and key metrics/hurdles for success within their stores
  • Ability to forecast, measure and track all key metrics of our business including trade spending, broker costs and other expenses
  • Ability to work closely with finance leadership to keep the sales model up to date which feeds directly into the company P&L
  • Excited by new ideas and has an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong computer skills
  • Good organization and methodical approach to successful completion of projects

Desired skills and experience:

  • 10+ years of Consumer Packaged Goods sales strategy experience, recognized brand names with national distribution
  • Expertise in all channels
