Provides plant-wide leadership on various continuous improvement projects an program. Provides leadership and support to the introduction of new products and processes.

Leads and coordinates project reams, including external resources associated with continuous improvement projects

Leads and coordinates project reams including external resources associated with the introduction of new products and processes

Pro-actively identifies opportunities to reduce operations costs and improve efficiencies

Provide technical input/solutions to new product delivery teams

Establishes and meets all project deliverables with respect to time, cost, documentation training, etc

May directly supervise, mechanics and or toolmakers

Ability to design mechanical fixtures, tooling and machine components using CAD software 3D modeling preferred
