The BI Release Lead of Enterprise Business Intelligence (BI) puts a set of BI Deliverables slated to come together in a BI release bundle. The BI Release Lead's primary responsibility is to ensure that the various component of BI enhancements/projects release meet customer needs and are brought together on time with high quality, and the overall release reflects the best choices amount scope, costs, and time for the company.

The Release Lead shall work with all Project/Program Managers and Solution Engineers to construct and manage an overall release management schedule, oversee release management schedule with milestones showing key dependencies.

He/she also collect key enhancement requests from customer, determine the most effective scoping for BI Rapid Deployment program. The BI Release Lead needs solid functional experience to understand the components of BI release and how their technical complexity will affect the release schedule and risks. He/She will sit in GIS Change Management Board to represent BI team, understand potential impact from other IT areas to the BI environment. * Undergraduate college degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Industrial Engineering or similar degree.

* Postgraduate college degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Information Systems Management highly desirable. * 5+ years experience in an Information Technology * 5+ years experience working with designated business intelligence processes and systems. * Proven business analysis and process re-engineering skills required. * 3+ years of Business Objects expertise required. Hands-on experiences with BO Webi R2, R3; * In-depth knowledge on Data Warehouse design principles. * Multiple full project life cycle implementations in Data Warehousing or Business Intelligence required; * SAP Experience and expertise preferred * Experience managing business intelligence production systems in a managed service level environment

* Experience managing geographically distributed teams is preferred. * Consulting experience is a plus. * One or more of the following professional certifications strongly desired: ITIL or Six Sigma.
