Inside Sales Associate to expand the company’s sales efforts in a variety of product areas. Responsibilities include:

1) Create a basic sales and marketing program for the company’s new products,

2) Develop a network of Sales Representatives and Distributors for the company’s new bathware product line,

3) Maintain ACT ! database to track Inquiries and Quotations,

4) Developing metrics for performance as well as customer satisfaction.

Outstanding growth potential and seeks a highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills. The desired candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a sales position, and have experience interacting with reps and distributors.
