The role of a Product Release Team Lead is to ensure the quality of the US Trading Platform upgrade process. This includes acting as an escalation point for any issues stemming from product upgrades, managing the issue resolution process, identifying services that are impacted, and drafting a rollout plan.

This dynamic role involves working closely with other employees to gather details of issues related to a release and to ensure the quality of our software. This demanding and varied role will offer many technical challenges as well as professional challenges, with the opportunity to learn about the global financial trading markets.

Requirements

Superior verbal communication skills

Strong Problem Solving Skills Experience with UNIX or Linux Knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language (eg Perl, Tcl, csh scripting) Knowledge of SQL & Relational DBMS (particularly Sybase) Knowledge of US and/or Canadian equity and options markets is preferable A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related area is required
