Responsibilities include development and improvement of manufacturing processes in conjunction with the Process Engineers, Tool Designers, and C.N.C. Programmers.

Ability to design the products and tools effectively and efficiently per part and process requirement.

Support the Engineering staff with design and manufacture of advanced robotics, automation, and autonomation in the manufacturing process.

Assignments vary between shop floor process and cycle time improvements, set-up reduction, New Product Introduction (NPI), modeling, and general drafting.

Understands the manufacturing processes, industry requirements, and the release system of engineering documents.

Provides support for the immediate need for shop floor requests, participates in kaizen events, works closely with engineering and manufacturing personnel, and encourages and supports team-work.

Support company policy, procedures, and safety policies.

Performs other duties as assigned.
