Control the scope and quality management for this SAP integration project. Manage the activities of internal / company resources, outside vendors selected to assist in the integration process and delivery. Utilize lessons learned from past relevant projects to enhance or accelerate quality of the overall project goals.

Project Overview:

Using the project definition the consultant will be responsible for defining the scope, delivery strategy and specifying resources needed to execute the project plan. Goals and system business objectives have been defined. The “to be” system plan needs to be defined and put into an actionable project plan. Project Detail: 1. Manage the development process to define the program scope. 2. Develop and manage a process to link the defined scope to the approved business case. 3. Manage the delivery of the systems, process and value creation solutions over the program development, design, and implementation. 4. Control project scope to minimize scope creep, manage change requests over the program development, design, test, and implementation phases. 5. Develop and manage the change approval process over program development, design, test and implementation phases.
