Supporting AERS & TMS Pharmaceutical Application BI-10-01-ATP

Individual will represent IT and be responsible for managing the relationship with global Drug Safety and Risk Mgmt.

Ability to work with cross-departmental resources and teams to deliver goals and initiatives. Analytical / Creative problem solving.

Ability to use a systematic approach to identify root cause of a problem, evaluate and communicate solutions.

You will be supporting Oracle Clinical application focused on AERS, RDC, TMS. This role provides Tier 1 support via helpdesk like activities i.e. account creation, password resets, troubleshooting, escalation, etc..
