Ideal candidate will have C++ Programming experience (solid experience) and have 0-2 years experience. Great for a very confident yet not cocky entry level computer science grad. Must know programming but you will not be programming most of the time. Mostly understanding how the code works to relay back problems, etc.

Trading Systems Support Analyst is to assist in the technical support of the product. It involves working closely with employees and clients in order to provide an effective and high quality technical support service. UNIX and Windows based, with the majority of components being written for UNIX using C++, Java, and TCL. Windows-based applications primarily utilize .NET technology.

An ideal candidate would have a strong desire to become involved in the financial trading world, with a dual emphasis on both the technology and the business of trading. Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills, be flexible, enthusiastic, and have a good aptitude for software applications. While the role does not strictly require in-depth programming abilities, programming experience is recommended, as is a strong conceptual knowledge of programming logic. Applicants should possess an ability to understand code in various languages and localize specific points of improvement. Software application support experience, knowledge of UNIX or Linux would be a distinct advantage.

Candidates will need to demonstrate that they possess motivation, creativity, energy, and exceptional problem-solving skills. The potential candidate must be comfortable in a fast-paced, team-based environment with a high degree of individual autonomy. Excellent verbal and written communication is an absolute requirement of this role.
