This an exciting position where the candidate will lead continuous improvement (kaizen) teams utilizing Lean principles and techniques.

This will include leading/facilitating kaizen event teams on a nearly weekly basis, as well as supporting and even leading major Lean projects (A3s).

The candidate will have the opportunity to work with all areas and levels of the organization. Primary responsibilities include ensuring the kaizens identified in the Go Forward Plans are effectively planned, executed, implemented and sustained.

Facilitates and leads kaizen event teams. Ensures kaizens are effectively implemented and sustained. Documents kaizens and reports financial benefits from kaizens.

Tracks, supports and leads major A3 Lean projects. Meets with Value Streams to ensure Go Forward Plans are being achieved.

Internal best practice sharing.

Delivers training related to Lean.

Strong technical, computer, communication, presentation and people skills.

Experience or education related to Lean a plus, but not required. Must have demonstrated ability to lead projects and teams.
