Should have Extensive experience in Spring, Hibernate (or) Ibatis, Struts 2.
Should have Extensive experience and understanding of OOP * Object Oriented Programming.
Should have Extensive experience in UI technologies including JSP, JavaScript, and CSS.
Should have good Web Application experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Should have Financial Services or Banking industry experience.
