Design Draftperson is responsible for all aspects of the design process, by transforming the initial conceptual design using CAD into working submittal documents, and to produce fabrication documents from these submittal documents.

Utilize information received from Team Leaders to create submittal documents, shop and fabrication drawings.

Responsible for understanding project specifications, including the typologies, areas and systems used to various projects.

Responsible for adhering to the project “phases” determined by the Team leaders.

Study and develop shop drawings, fabrication drawings and NEXUS.

Must be proficient in MS Office. Must have Autocad and/or Solidworks.

Must be mature and be able to handle responsibility.
