Platform Cloud Engineer

This role is a senior technical leadership position responsible for integrating and delivering production-grade AI, machine learning, and data capabilities. The position combines hands-on software engineering with system-level design, leading end-to-end development of scalable, cloud-based solutions that leverage LLMs, MLOps, and automation. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, the role balances near-term delivery with long-term strategy while mentoring engineers and promoting strong engineering best practices.

What You Will Do:

• Researching and adhering to local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements for design and construction in any given area

• Stormwater analysis and modeling in software applications, such as StormCAD, CivilStorm

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

• PE license

• 10+ years experience preferred.

• Strong working knowledge and experience in analyzing and designing all aspects of medium to large scale industrial developments

• Demonstrated experience with all design modules of AutoCAD Civil 3D used in sitework design and drawing production.

• Experience with Navisworks and Bluebeam

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills

• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams

• Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Site development, site master planning and site selection

• Performing final grading plans using Civil 3D including cut and fill analysis and earthwork balancing

• Providing erosion and sediment control plans, stormwater pollution prevention plans and support permit approval

• Hydrology analysis for designing storm drain systems

• Underground utility routing and site space planning using Civil 3D

• Analyzing and designing gravity sewer systems

Assign which gage to use for each characteristic while preparing the Inspection Reports.

Audit completed paperwork for traceability and accuracy. Must have attention to detail and be able to troubleshoot and identify what needs to be corrected.

Interface with Suppliers, via email, and Team members, in person, to get corrections made as required.

Knowledge in DISCUS software helpful (this is our blueprint ballooning software).

Knowledge of AS9100 auditing or record keeping helpful.

Must be fluent in Excel and Word.

MUST HAVE CMM EXPERIENCE

Prepare 1st Article and In Process Inspection Reports.
